Hi, I’m Enjoelyna Santiago, and I’m proud to be part of the amazing team here at Muncie Insurance. I was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, not far from the Riverfront, and I’ve always had a passion for learning and connecting with others.
My journey into the insurance world has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Like many people, I was initially nervous about understanding the complexities of insurance, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it clicked for me. Once I got started, I found the process incredibly rewarding, especially knowing I can help clients feel more secure and informed.
What excites me most about working at Muncie Insurance is the opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally. I love that we’re more than just coworkers here—we’re a tight-knit team that feels like family. I always know I can rely on my colleagues for support and collaboration, which makes coming to work a truly positive experience.
Outside the office, I’m a full-on bookworm and music enthusiast! Growing up, I was active in my school’s choir and learned to play both the violin and the piano. Music was, and still is, a big part of who I am. When I’m not lost in a good story, I’m usually at home with my two dogs, my cat, and my family, enjoying some downtime on the weekends.
I believe in bringing empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help into every client interaction. I’m excited to keep learning and growing here at Muncie Insurance while making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
