I’m Angel Sandoval, a Customer Service Representative at Muncie Insurance. Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, I’m proud to call Delaware home and enjoy helping customers find the support they need.
I’m currently working toward becoming a licensed insurance professional, and one of the things I enjoy most about the insurance industry is that there’s always something new to learn. Every day gives me an opportunity to grow my insurance knowledge while helping customers navigate their questions and concerns.
For me, customer service is about more than simply answering a question. I enjoy getting to know our customers, understanding their situations, and doing what I can to make things a little easier for them. I hope to continue growing in my role at Muncie Insurance and helping people in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, my faith is an important part of my life, and I spend time serving Jesus Christ at church and at home. When I have some free time, you’ll often find me at the gym or playing pickleball at a local court.
As I continue building my career in insurance, I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn, improve, connect with the people around me, and provide friendly, dependable customer service to the communities we serve.
