In communities across Delaware, an alarming amount of unwanted and homeless pets are being dumped at shelters every day. Individuals who leave their pets behind may think they’re doing the right thing, but they’re only increasing the problem.

Delaware SPCA is a non-profit organization whose mission recognizes animal cruelty and overpopulation to be a prevalent issue in our community and dedicate their resources to preventing this issue as much as possible.

Our team at Muncie Insurance is passionate about our four-legged friends, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to give these loyal companions a second chance at the life they deserve. That’s why, for the next three months, we will be working with Delaware SPCA to support its mission to help our cities’ most vulnerable pets find a fur-ever home.

Since its founding in 1873, this incredible organization has taken tremendous strides to keep animals off the streets. Through the combined efforts of the community and volunteers, Delaware SPCA has been able to help place tens of thousands of homeless animals into new, loving homes.
